Tom Aiello is a West Point graduate who suffered a spinal cord injury while in service. He left the Army as a Captain and worked as a Vice President of Marketing at Sears. Now, Tom formed March Marketing, a company dedicated to helping disabled veterans and their families to get the training and support they need to find jobs in the private and government sector.
Tom's labor of love caught our attention and we wanted to help him get his message out to corporation and veterans that there is help out there for them in getting good jobs and careers.
