MARCH was honored today to have company president, Tom Aiello, speak at the Rebuilding Together National Conference about veteran housing. Honored to have wounded warrior and American hero, Sergeant Johnny Agbi on hand for the event.

MARCH Marketing’s team was honored today to meet 2 of the original
Tuskegee Airman. At the Volunteers of America Veterans Leadership
Luncheon today in Chicago.

This Veterans Day, on Nov. 11, we should all take a moment to thank and honor the veterans in our lives for the sacrifices they’ve made to defend and protect the freedoms we enjoy. The smallest gestures like picking up the phone to call a relative
or friend who has served our country, attending a local Veterans Day parade with
your children or donating to an organization that focuses on helping veterans,
can be so powerful.

So, I guess my expectations were that VA health care would be akin to the well-oiled medical care I encountered while on active duty in the Army. That was a mistake on my part. In fact, the experience was such a contrast that I am sharing what I learned so that other veterans might know the scoop and better navigate the VA (or, if you are a family member of a veteran, you could better guide them).

as one of the Diversity MBA Top 100 Under 50 for
his efforts around creating employment opportunities
and inclusive workplaces for military veterans. Congratulations to all the award winners!

 Today is POW and MIA day. Many pay the ultimate price for our freedom and come home for their final rest. Today take a quiet moment to remember those heroes who will never come home and their families.
